Our advisory board has been structured to provide non-binding strategic advice to the management and growth of the organisation. The informal nature of the advisory board aims to give greater flexibility in the structure and management of the organisation.

Advisory Board President
He is currently the Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce of Zimbabwe and Member of Parliament for Bulawayo South constituency. The Honourable Deputy Minister is not only a Politician but also a Multi Award Winning Businessman and Philanthropist. He currently runs a Liquor & Grocery Wholesale Business, several manufacturing facilities and other businesses.
Advisory Board Vice-President
She was Group Chief Executive Officer for AB Communications from 2013 to December 2020. In October 2020, she was sworn in as a Commissioner for the Zimbabwe Media Commission. Susan Makore has been a media trainer and coach for Zimbabwe for the past 5 years under the World Association of Newspapers’ Women in News project (WIN).
Advisory Board Secretary
She is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Megafest Holdings. Mercy Matsika is also the Editor-In Chief of the Megafest Business Magazine. She is qualified in Business Management and Accounting. Currently studying a Bachelor of Science Honours in Counseling. As a businesswoman, she is passionate about investing in leadership, mentoring, grooming and talent development.

He is born and bred in Bulawayo, graduated from Rhodes University in South Africa with a Law Degree before joining the family business, Fazak Gift Centre in 1993. The changes to the business since then have been remarkable. Fazak Home and Hyper is a unique megastore open seven days a week and sells just about everything. In 1997, he opened Zaks Place, transforming what had been a run-down block of flats into a well-known city hotel popular with locals and tourists alike.
Advisory Board Member
He is the Senior Partner at Tanaka Law Chambers and specializes in Constitutional Law and Human rights including civil and criminal litigation, with particular emphasis on issues in relation to human rights violations in Zimbabwe, minority groups, media rights and corporate law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Zimbabwe, and a Master of Laws Degree in Constitutional Law and Human Rights from the Midlands State University and is a PHD candidate.
Advisory Board Member
She is the current Managing Director of TelOne (Private) Limited. She took over the parastatal when it was ailing, and through cost-cutting and revenue enhancing strategies, she turned the company around. Today TelOne is a key player in the national Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Chipo graduated with an Honours Degree in Accounting from the University of Zimbabwe.

He is currently the Director for Agriseeds (Pvt) Ltd, he is responsible for Extension, Sales and Marketing. Nicknamed Mudhumeni Mukuru because of the Extension Services he offers to farmers in Zimbabwe and the region for the past 32 years, he has worked for several organisations and companies. His main agenda is to create a wealthy community through good agricultural practices for production and productivity.
